A critique of the Safety, Rehabilitation Compensation Legislation Amendment Bill 2014
This report examines the Federal Government’s attempt to reform the workers’ compensation landscape via the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Legislation Amendment Bill 2014. It is the conclusion of this report that the SRC Bill represents a hasty, ad-hoc attempt to create a national workers’ compensation system, and that the Bill should be rejected.
