‘Choosing Opportunity’ is a comprehensive progressive policy document that diagnoses many of the long-term challenges facing Australia, and offers detailed policy solutions aimed at ensuring equality of opportunity is at the heart of reform.
Choosing Opportunity was launched by the Federal Opposition Leader, Bill Shorten, in September 2016.
