About the role

Based in Sydney and reporting to the Chair and the Board of Directors, the CEO position is a national role that is responsible for leading and shaping the conversation and advocacy of public policy across Australia.

Leading a high-performing team, the CEO will build and nurture relationships across both internal and external stakeholders, members and organisations across Australia and internationally.

The CEO will routinely interact with corporate members from a range of sectors and industries, trade union members and community/charitable organisations. The CEO will also manage political relationships, with a strong focus on NSW Cabinet and Shadow Cabinet, Federal Cabinet and Shadow Cabinet, and government agencies.
