NSW Treasurer Daniel Mookhey returns to the McKell Institute, for his fourth consecutive pre-budget address
We were honoured to welcome NSW Treasurer Daniel Mookhey back to The McKell Institute, for his fourth consecutive pre-budget address.
Kindly hosted by Clayton Utz, the event was used by the NSW Treasurer to release, for the first time, key budget forecasts more than one month ahead of budget day.
In addition, the Treasurer outlined how the Minns Government are approaching this year’s budget; how the broader economic climate is impacting NSW’s bottom line; and offered some thoughts on the Commonwealth budget delivered last week.
Our thanks to the Treasurer for joining us, and for upholding his commitment to deliver the pre-budget address now for the entirety of his first term as Treasurer.
